Question 1: What Books Do I Need For The NICET Fire Alarm Exam?

Answer 1:

NICET has instituted very specific requirements for what reference books are allowed into the Fire Alarm CBT (computer based testing) exams.  These requirements include limits of specific editions of the references.

Question 2: Where's My Stuff?

Answer 2:

We ship via UPS within 48 hours of receiving an order.  We ship from Las Vegas, NV.   Transit time varies depending upon where you are located.  It can take up to 8 working days to get to the East Coast.

Question 3: What Books Do I Need To Bring To The Training Class (or Webinar)?

Answer 3:

NTC Professional Reference Books are included with NTC Live and Webinar (except Learn&Go) Training Classes.

At NTC Live Training Classes, the NTC Books will be given to you the first day of class.

For NTC Webinar Training Classes, the NTC Books will be shipped to you UPS with 48 hours of your order.

Question 4: What Are The Hours For Live Classes?

Answer 4: Live classes run from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM local time on each day, with a 1 hour break for lunch.Back to top

Answer 5:

Webinar classes start at different times, depending on the webinar you are attending.

Class times listed on the website are EASTERN STANDARD TIME (EST), so be sure to adjust according if you are in a different time zone.

Your login and password for the NTC website are also your login and password for Training Department.  Please remember that both are cAsE sEnSiTiVe!

You will receive a separate confirmation email from us with class specific information including class location, hours, and books (what we recommend you bring to the class, and what we will supply).

This information is also available on our website.  Just locate the class you are attending and click DETAILS.

Question 8: I Registered For A Webinar Class. What Do I Do Next?

Answer 8:

You will receive a separate confirmation email from us with class specific information including instructions on how to login to the webinar, times and dates for the webinar, and books (what we recommend you bring to the class, and what we will supply).

  

If your registered for a webinar that includes NTC Professional Reference Books, they will be shipped to you via UPS, along with a printed copy of the instructions.

If you registered for a webinar that does NOT include NTC Professional Reference Books, you will only receive an email confirmation with instructions.
